9 Gram Cappuccino
An espresso style / cappuccino with only 9 gram of coffee - It's my best one yet.
📝 Recipe Notes:
- Grind size: 1.5 on Fellow opus
- Filter: the AeroPress flow control filter cap + a paper filter

- Set the AeroPress in standard position with the flow control and a paper filter
- Add 9g of coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour 40 ml water into the AeroPress
- Swirl the AeroPress after 1 minute, then wait
- Warm and froth 125 ml of milk
- Swirl the AeroPress after 2 minutes, then wait
- Push plunger after 3 minutes
- Add milk to the coffee
