A simple 13 grams
I’ve tried this with several different types of coffee, always with good results. It is so simple to follow while using proportions that are similar to a pour over.
There are recipes that provide a slightly more robust cup, but they all have more complicated steps.
The recipe also works well inverted or with a flow control without having to make any changes.

Equipment:
Step 1 — Pour 200g water at 195d
0:00 - 0:10
Simply pour 200 g of water. Alternatively, you can pour 35 g of water and let Blum for 10 seconds. But I don’t think it makes much of a difference.
Step 2 — Stir 5X
0:10 - 0:20
Step 3 — Add plunger
If using the standard method and the plunger at an angle, so it’s not to push through additional water.
Step 4 — Steep
0:20 - 1:30
Let the coffee steep for an additional 50 seconds until your timer is at 1:30
Step 5 — Plunge slowly
1:30 - 2:05
