Candy Blow Flower AeroPress Recipe

Category: Experimental
Creator: Crezibee Visit

Inspired by Alan Adler and Tim Wendelboe's AeroPress recipes, I have tried to mix it with this recipe for full washed beans.

The result is a clean cup with a double sweet taste and balanced acidity.

By cross stirring slowly 15 times before steeping and waiting 15 sec before the press decreases the extraction rate, hence reducing acidity and enhancing the creamy body in lower temperature water.

It works well with full washed beans.

This is a delicious AeroPress recipe you can drink 10 minutes before you go to work as it has a soft and mild taste to drink with strong caffeine. It's just drinkable - enjoy!!
