Carlos' XL Recipe

I created this recipe because I love to drink big coffees or share it with a friend.

So, I think is the best way to make a big coffee with a sweet taste.

This recipe includes a 200ml bypass at the end.

Recipe details:

Inverted

Paper Filter

Coffee:

30g
Medium (a little bit finer than V60 grind size)
Medium or Medium-Dark Roast

Water:

85°C / 185°F
400mL
  1. Rinse the paper filter
  2. Add the coffee in the inverted aeropress
  3. Add 60g of water and stir 15 times during 15 seconds
  4. At 00:30 add 140g of water and stir 15 times during 15 seconds
  5. Place the portafilter
  6. At 02:00 flip the aeropress
  7. Press gently during about 30s
  8. Bypass with 200g of water
  9. Stir and enjoy :)
