Fast Cup
An easy and quick single-cup method with a minimal, travel-oriented setup.
The fast extraction produces a juicy and balanced cup, with a very smooth aftertaste thanks to the metal filter and the nearly V60 ratio (1:16).
📝 Recipe notes:
- I use 30 clicks on the 2022 1ZPresso Q2 (Heptagonal), 1 full rotation from zero. It's quite fine (almost in the espresso range).
- Metal filter.

94°C / 201°F

Equipment:
- Prepare the AeroPress in the standard orientation, putting the metal filter in and then the coffee;
- Start the timer and put all the water (200 ml) in;
- Give it 3 stirs;
- Put the plunger in and press - total time should be 1 min.
