I found this recipe super simple and practical, with a great final cup, easily enjoyable. It’s great for summer days :)

📝** Recipe Notes:**

  • Beans: Ethiopia, medium roast
  • Rinse paper filter and plunger with hot water
  • Adjust the amount of ice to your preference

Equipment:

AeroPress®AeroPress®
  1. Start timer, add 50ml water and wait 30 seconds (bloom)
  2. Add another 50ml of water, stir 15 times
  3. Add water till 240ml, then wait until 2:00
  4. Flip and press for 30s over ice
  5. enjoy! :)
