  1. Rinse 1 paper filter place it in the cap
  2. Add 15 grams of coffee to the Aeropress
  3. Add 200 grams of 92C water in about 15 secs
  4. Stir back and forth up and down 2x and left to right 2x
  5. Continues this step for every 1 minute mark
  6. After the fourth stir at 4 minutes mark, place the cap, place the server and flip, start pressing all the way through the hiss.
  7. 0 out the scale and add 20 grams of 92C water
  8. Swirl the server 17 secs
  9. Pour to your favorite cup and Enjoy!
