This recipe explores a longer brew time to create a smoother and more balanced iced coffee using the AeroPress. It’s designed with beginners in mind, offering a simple yet effective way to enjoy a refreshing cup over ice. The extended steep brings out a fuller flavour—perfect for mornings or hot afternoons.

Equipment:

  1. Prep - Pre-rinse two paper filter in the cap
  2. Prep - Grind 20g of coffee beans and place it to the inverted Aeropress
  3. Pour 150g of boiled water into the inverted Aeropress & stir it back to front for 10s
  4. At 4:30 swirl the Aeropress chamber (still in inverted position)
  5. Prepare 150g of ice in the cup
  6. At 5:00 flip the Aeropress onto the cup and press steadily for 60s
  7. Swirl gently and enjoy your nice coffee
