It's a small - only 4 grams, but a surprisingly sweet and balanced shot of coffee.

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Medium roast Kenyan coffee
  • Grind beans to fine end of medium
  • Preheat everything

Fine end of medium
Medium roasted Kenyan

Water:

95°C / 203°F
90mL

Equipment:

  1. Add 10-15 mL of water, aiming to wet all the grounds.
  2. Swirl for 10 seconds.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Add the remaining water.
  5. Let steep for 2 minutes.
  6. Flip and press, finish around 3:00.
