It's a small - only 4 grams, but a surprisingly sweet and balanced shot of coffee.

- Grind beans to fine end of medium
- Preheat everything

Equipment:
- Add 10-15 mL of water, aiming to wet all the grounds.
- Swirl for 10 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining water.
- Let steep for 2 minutes.
- Flip and press, finish around 3:00.
