It’s best to use natural processed beans from Papua New Guinea.

Water:

95°C / 203°F
110mL

Equipment:

  1. Grind 36g of beans
  2. Add ground coffee to inverted aeropress
  3. Add 110ml of fresh boiled water
  4. Stir to make sure all grounds hydrated
  5. Put an empty cup on scale and tare the scale
  6. Remove cup from scale, put filter on the AeroPress, flip and press
  7. Should be 73g of coffee out
  8. Add 227g to 277g of hot water for americano
  9. Or drink as is for double espresso
