Quick brew for sweetness and acidity

A simple way to brew, which tends to emphasize the sweetness and acidity from the coffee.

I use 18 clicks on Timemore C2.

Water:

90-95°C / NaN°F
220mL

Equipment:

AeroPress®AeroPress®
  1. Set the AeroPress to the inverted position.
  2. Fill in 12g of coffee and add 30g of water in 5-10 seconds
  3. Stir 5-10 times
  4. Add 190g of water, up to 220g in total
  5. Wait until 1:30 minutes and rinse your filter in this time
  6. After 1:30 minutes in total add cup and press gently
