Semi Pour-over

This pour-over style recipe was created through some experimentation with a multiple-pour technique. This is inspired by the latest winning V60 recipe of the World Brewer Cup.

Coffee:

14g
Coarse, 21 clicks on Timemore Chestnut C2
Light to medium

Water:

92°C / 197°F
230mL

Equipment:

  1. AeroPress in the standard position with a single paper filter.
  2. Add the coffee grounds.
  3. Pour 50g of water and swirl to saturate all the grounds, wait 35 seconds.
  4. Make three 60g pours, waiting 35 seconds between every pour.
  5. After the last pour, stir gently.
  6. At 3:00 min, place the plunger and press slowly.
