Sweet on the middle of your tongue!
I tried this with a Brazilian natural and it gave a jammy sweetness, lots of texture, and hits the back of the mouth with a mouth-watering winey sweetness.
It’s an accidental recipe so please give feedback!
📝 Recipe Notes:
- Water: 98 for medium roast; 92 for dark roast
- Beans: Natural
- Grind size: Just coarser than espresso

Equipment:
- Invert Aeropress and set to bottom of 4, add coffee
- Add water until completely filled, about 180mL
- Stir with knife (or other long stirrer) 3 times
- Add filter and flip
- Swirl x3 and wait 10-12 mins (I did 11)
- Press firmly down the whole way, it should have quite a lot of resistance and will take about 30s
- Enjoy!
