Sweet on the middle of your tongue!

I tried this with a Brazilian natural and it gave a jammy sweetness, lots of texture, and hits the back of the mouth with a mouth-watering winey sweetness.

It’s an accidental recipe so please give feedback!

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • Water: 98 for medium roast; 92 for dark roast
  • Beans: Natural
  • Grind size: Just coarser than espresso

Coffee:

24g
Just coarser than espresso
Med/dark roast natural

Water:

92-98°C / NaN°F
180mL

Equipment:

  1. Invert Aeropress and set to bottom of 4, add coffee
  2. Add water until completely filled, about 180mL
  3. Stir with knife (or other long stirrer) 3 times
  4. Add filter and flip
  5. Swirl x3 and wait 10-12 mins (I did 11)
  6. Press firmly down the whole way, it should have quite a lot of resistance and will take about 30s
  7. Enjoy!
