Sweet Town
This is the experimental AeroPress recipe that I use for my best coffee every day. It is the best I have ever tried!
This recipe gives me a wild taste with a well-rounded body, tea-like and very smooth,
It produces a ready to drink coffee with enhanced sweetness, citric acidity, balanced, clean after taste.
- There is an interesting twist at the end where you top up with 88°C water and 60g of room temperature water.
- Use double rinsed paper filters for this recipe.
Taste result using a Full Washed Bali Arca Ulian:
Aroma: Earl Grey Tea, lemon citrus,
Flavour: tangerine orange, mango, ginger, cotton candy, molasses, hints of melted white cocoa.
Body: well rounded, mild, smooth and clean after taste.
