Tap brewed
Coffee brewed using ice generally presents brighter taste, thus using tap water for a long brew time allows a similar effect.
For this recipe, use water straight out of a tap, or bottle, at room temperature.
This is a long brew (8 hours), a great one to setup before bed and have it waiting for you when you wake up.

Equipment:
- Invert AeroPress.
- Place coffee grinds into AeroPress.
- Full with water and stir gentle for a few seconds.
- Place the filter cap on (leave filter paper out as it may move out of place with time).
- Leave for 8 hours.
- Remove filter cap and place a filter inside the cap and rinse with hot water.
- Replace cap with filter and gentle swirl the AeroPress, thereafter.
- Press gently all the way, it takes about 30 seconds.
- Enjoy.
