The hit of famous 13g recipe with 18 grams!

If you have ever enjoyed the 13g recipe and you wish to make a larger cup out of it, this is the recipe!

I used Colombian (Campo) honey-processed coffee for this recipe, but you can try it with washed/natural, which are great too. Also, you'll make small circles while pouring the water—it will make a huge difference!

Recipe notes:

  • Grind size: Medium, about 6.6 on my Timemore S3 manual grinder
  • Filter: Pre-wet paper filter

Water:

88°C / 190°F
240mL

Equipment:

  1. Prep - Grind your favorite 18 grams of fresh coffee beans
  2. Prep - Wet your Aeropress filter paper with same 88C° Water
  3. Prep - Invert your Aeropress and put on your 18 grams
  4. Pour over the 40ml of blooming phase and stir 5 times then 1 up&down and wait till 0:30s
  5. 0:30 continue the pouring in smal circles to make perfect balanced agitation till 240ml and stir 5 times then wait till 1:40s
  6. Flip your Aeropress and start pressing gently till 2:40s
  7. Make a good stir after finishing the press and enjoy the perfect large Aeropress cup!
