Fresh Orange Iced Coffee!

I recently saw two recipes here at AeroPrecipe.com that I loved!

AeroPress On The Rocks and AeroPress with Fruit Filter and I thought, why not mix the two and have an iced coffee with orange!!

📝 Recipe Notes:

  • You will need a cocktail shaker or something similar
  • 250g water + 150g ice + more ice when serve
  • Around 5 slices of orange
  • Put one slice of orange on top of the paper filter. Make sure you can still close the filter cap

  1. Place 3 slices of 1 cm orange in the carafe, and 1 slice on top of the paper filter.
  2. Put AeroPress in standard position on the carafe, add the coffee in.
  3. Start timer, add 50g of water and stir gently for 30 seconds.
  4. Add 200g of water and wait for 1 minute.
  5. After 1 minute, start pressing. Finish at 2:30
  6. Stir the coffee in the carafe to dilute the oils.
  7. Add 150g of ice to a cocktail shaker.
  8. Pour the coffee from the carafe into the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  9. Serve over ice and a slice of orange and enjoy!
