AeroPress espresso recipes
An AeroPress cannot make true espresso: it reaches nowhere near the nine bars of pressure an espresso machine uses. What it can do is brew a short, intense, syrupy concentrate that works as a substitute in milk drinks, americanos and iced lattes.
These recipes use a fine grind, a high coffee-to-water ratio and a firm press. Expect something closer to a strong ristretto than a crema-topped shot.
